OPEN TRANSPORT
The most common and cost-effective form of vehicle transport. As the name suggests, your car is transported on an open-air trailer. This form of transport is least expensive because the vehicle is easily accessible to the driver, making it easy to load and secure the vehicle on the trailer. We offer multiple trailer options to fit your needs Including single and multiple car trailers as well as wider trailers for larger vehicles. We also offer a single car trailer with our signature 5 foot rock guard on the front to guard against rock chips, road debris and bugs during transport. ENCLOSED TRANSPORT - PARTNERING WITH FLIPGAME MOTORSPORTS
If you feel your vehicle needs extra protection, enclosed transport is your best option. With enclosed transport, the vehicle is transported in a covered carrier, protecting it from weather. This mode of transport takes a little more time to load and secure the vehicle which increases the cost of transport. Enclosed transport is a popular choice for classic, luxury and exotic vehicles because clients want them to arrive in showroom condition.

THE PG TRANSIT BOOKING PROCESS
The process of transporting your property is simple when you choose PG Transit. Our proven system ensures that your property arrives safely, in its original shipping condition. Our goal is to provide a stress free experience and give you peace of mind throughout the process.
1. Complete the Transport Request form with as much detail as possible to receive an accurate quote and provide us with the details we need.
2. Within 24 hours, you will receive a transport estimate and our service agreement.
3. Accept the estimate and sign the service agreement to start the booking process.
4. To CONFIRM your booking, choose one of the two payment options. You may pay by credit/debit card or through CashApp, Zelle or Venmo. We also offer a Net 30 payment option for businesses we have established a relationship with. A BOOKING IS NOT CONSIDERED CONFIRMED UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID!
5. The driver will contact you when they are on the way to pickup your vehicle. When your driver arrives, they will complete a detailed inspection of the vehicle/property to ensure it meets our standards for transport, they will also take pictures (which we send to you) to ensure it arrives in its original shipping condition. This is also done for insurance purposes.
6. The driver will load your vehicle/property and secure it for transport, and off they go!
7. The driver will contact you again prior to delivery. When the shipment arrives at the delivery location, the driver will take pictures to verify the property/vehicle arrived in its original shipping condition. The driver will also confirm that any balance has been paid in full prior to unloading.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
OPTION 1- CashApp and Zelle: This is our preferred method of payment to avoid unnecessary credit card processing fees. If you choose this option, you only need to pay 50% of the transport balance at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due at delivery, prior to unloading. A full refund is available if you choose to cancel your transport 2 (two) days BEFORE your pickup date. If you cancel without at least 48 hours notice of your pickup date, no refund will be provided.

OPTION 2 - Credit/Debit Card: You are welcome to pay by Debit or Credit Card, if you choose that option, the full balance of the transport will be due at the time of booking to confirm you reservation. A full refund is available if you choose to cancel your transport 2 (two) days BEFORE your pickup date. If you cancel without at least 48 hours notice of your pickup date, no refund will be provided.
